Salvia Cherry Lips

A stunning reliable Salvia from the National Collection flowering from early summer through to late autumn . With its white flowers with cherry red tips fading to white over the course of the season and then for its final flourish returning to its cherry coloured tips. A very reliable long flowering Salvia giving of a hint of blackcurrant scent with a winter hardiness rating of H4. Although hardy winter protection may be needed and a layer of leaf mould in the autumn would be beneficial to protect from extreme frosts.
